Reach for Recover:  A non-medical support organisation, which provides emotional care and practical support to persons affected by breast cancer.  Their team does a fantastic job of caring for state hospital breast cancer patients in their return to daily life.

We encourage and welcome all our ladies to donate their previously loved mastectomy bras and prosthetics to support them.

Drop off points are at our LikeB4 practices and at any Storm in A-G Cup stores in the Western Cape.

  • Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the world.

  • Every thirteen minutes, somewhere in the world, a woman dies from this disease.

  • Someone’s mom. Someone’s daughter. Sister. Aunt. Friend. Colleague. Confidante. Someone who matters.

  • In South Africa, 1 in 27 women are diagnosed each year.

  • In 2022, it is estimated that almost 700 000 women (and men, too) will die of this disease.

  • Many lives can be saved through early detection.

  • Many lives can be changed through emotional and practical support.

  • Breast Health Education SAVES LIVES.

  • Early Detection SAVES LIVES.

  • Integrative Treatment SAVES LIVES.

  • Breast cancer can be beaten.
